Annual Fire Alarm Testing for 2017 is  June 26 for 1000, June 27 for 2000, and June 28 for 3000.

Updated Dog restrictions have been release please read the new version of the BWPOV Policy Document.

Effective May 1, 2017 only dogs under 20kg will be accepted for registration, and suites will be limited to a maximum of 2 dogs each. Dogs which are registered which are beyond these guidelines will be grandfathered for their natural lives.

Please see the Recycling Newsletter for recylcing information.

Don't forget throwing cigarette butts off of balconies and patios will get a $500 fine for a first offence, $1000 for a second offence and possible eviction. There is absolutely zero tolerance for this issue.

Effective August 1, 2013 we will be introducing a $25 fee for moving in or out to cover resource utilization and wear on the building.

The board reminds people to not abandon furniture, bbqs, or other non-household garbage in the garbage buildings. You will be fined $250 per incident plus the cost of removal as the waste company will not take such material. The board is aiming for 100% enforcement of this provision.

Please Do Not Bring Shopping Carts on to the Property, they cause damage to our buildings and vehicles and waste our volunteers time taking them back. If caught you will be fined $250, no exceptions. It is obvious by the number of carts abandoned in the garbage buildings that some people have not got this message yet.

Visitor Parking Policy enforcement will occur at any time and without warning. Do not assume because you got away with it one night that you will the next. The city patrols at random and as many people have found out violating this policy is an expensive mistake. Resident owners have no right to park their own vehicles in Visitor Parking overnight, they are for short term visitors only as required by the City of Calgary.
